Make a word from the random text above game

In this game, a poster posts a string of 20 random letters. The next poster then has to make a word out of those letters, then make a new string of random letters for the next poster to post in.

Here's an example:

-Each word you find had to be at least 4 letters.
-And each string of words has to have at least 4 vowels and 6 consonants.
