A chatbox has been added

We now have a chatbox on the forum. The chatbox is located at the bottom of the forum. It's a place for idle chat and shorter messages. It's basically like the general chat thread where people can talk about anything they like. Although, all the main forum rules apply to the chatbox too.

Also, the chatbox is only available to use on desktop mode. It doesn't work on mobile mode.
