What I like about the present/my life now

I like that I am a swiftie now xD hopefully it’s positive for my mental health, I mean I miss listening to metal a lot, but her songs are so catchy and she is a strong female figure.

Also I plan on enjoying the holiday season more than ever this year I won’t put up with seasonal depression. Not at all.

What I'm thankful for today:

- How much music is on Spotify. I like having most of my music in one place.

- That I have two 3DSes and two Switches. Having access to Pokémon games is important to me.

- For libraries. There are three in my area that I go to, and there might be another I can try sometime. ^^

- That my cats are such good pets. :3

- That my iPods still work. xD

I am very grateful for little Sophie and all my other irl buddies

And how much fun I had shopping with one of my bffs on Tuesday ^_^

What I'm thankful for today:

- That mood episodes don't last forever.

- That Renton has started his new job.

- That music exists.

- That the downtown library has a mental health section.

- That I got to go to the concerts I was able to go to (even if I can't go to them anymore).

I love princesses and using princessy avatars

I also think Sophie is the cutest animal in the world <3 she is like a fluffy baby when she lays on your lap! Dogs are awesome (and cats are, too, even if I am not around them as often xD)

What I'm thankful for today:

- That I'm feeling so much better emotionally.

- Waking up early. xD

- That I can stay at my apartment alone and not get lonely or bored.

- That I got to do lots of pacing at my mom's house.

- That Renton's job seems to be going well so far.

My-melody is my favourite Sanrio character now, cos she is just so wholesome imo

I have been watching videos about her on YouTube last night. All the pink is super cute, too^^ it’s always great to get an extra dose of pink imo

What I'm thankful for today:

- That my moods aren't as wonky so far. I still feel a little wonky, but it's not as bad as it was yesterday.

- That I got to see Dennis and get a delicious lemon rooibos tea latte. ^^

- That I have so many books to read.

- That the weather is better today.

- That I got to go to my mom's house (where I'm still at).

I still like my dreams a lot. They can be really comforting when real life gets scary for me and I hope I always remember that….(even my bestie who doesn’t like nightmares doesn’t want me to fear having them anymore if it means dreams can keep being a coping skill for me. So nice^^)

What I'm thankful for today:

- That I got to go to a bookstore that was IN a library yesterday. They had really low prices too, like one or two dollars per book. I got a stack. xD Including a Tokyo Mew Mew manga that would have been FAR more expensive in Barnes & Noble.

- My moods seem okay so far today.

- The dreams I had last night. I dreamed about going to a new library. Then I dreamed that the Neopets site had Pokémon music, and that a Spyro game based on Ratchet & Clank 3 was coming out.

- That it's Friday. I don't have to worry about major appointments for a week, and after that my next big appointment is in February.

- That Renton has a good job now, doing something that helps people.

I am thankful flowers exist cos they are so pretty even in the winter, when there aren’t as many outside, it’s fun to look at pictures of them on devices and in books <3

What I'm thankful for today:

- That I got coffee with my mom and went on a nice car ride.

- That I ate at a restaurant with Renton at dinner. :3

- That books are such a huge part of my life. ^^

- That I am a writer, even though I am not a professional of any kind.

- That I managed to calm down from my hypomanic symptoms earlier.

i am grateful for forums seriously, they probably kept me out of a hospital this fall.

edit; cos irl stuff has been harming my mental health a lot the last few months. its good the net is a safe place for me to get away from all of it.

What I'm thankful for today:

- That it's still the weekend. xD So Renton is home today. ^^

- That I woke up nice and early like I like.

- That the coffee drink I had was tasty. xD

- That I feel a bit less hyperfocused, so I might be able to focus on more things.

- That I found some of my old books at my mom's house recently.

Grateful for Taylor swift music cos it’s awesome. Grateful for flowers cos they are beckons of happiness ^_^
