This kind of scary (well, sad, but yeah) movie called “Effie grey”.
It helped me relize how blessed my life in this day and age is Effie had it just too rough…..trust me, this film is a tear jerker. I really am in a good place not living in those days o.0;;;;

Re: What's the last show you watched?
I watched a little poyoko today. It was kind of fun
I didn’t do a lot of Netflix today but I had to work on my mental health a little earlier. Thankfully, I started a new goal around an hour ago today that I hope helps me not have as much mental health issues anymore
The goal is a….a gratitude goal. I am going to mention it at day program on Monday. The neighbors helped me start it, too, and I hope I can properly thank them at some point today.
I wonder if it will be an easy goal or not. Cos I duno if writing gratitude is meant to get obsessive or not, but I do not think it should, since it is about giving thanks (which I think would counter an obsessive feeling?). It’s probably a part of my optimism goal overall; I wonder how this will work out.
And hopefully as I get used to it just writing a few things each day can be enough and I can still enjoy other things I like such as Netflix and colouring

Re: What's the last show you watched?
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, I rewatched the very first episode since I'm running out of newer eps to rewatch. xD I had a lot of fun revisiting it and it made me feel nostalgic.
